We propose 3 levels of training. The first a one-day course to get you up to speed with the basics. The second a two-day course for those who already have some experience of sailing and want to improve; and the third is a two-day course for proficient sailors who desire furher practise and increase in confidence.

The sailing courses for Boat Handling (BH) and Seamanship (SEAMAN) are both one-day course.
